We have a 30-day return policy for all of our
products, provided they are in new and resalable condition. Please see our returns
page for terms and conditions regarding returns. If you need to set up a
return, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can get started on the
return. We’d love to hear your feedback too.
We’re liable if your order is damaged or lost in
transit. However you will have to file a report with the carrier within 7 days,
and notify us within 14 days of you receiving your order. Please contact us at
email@example.com with the subject of "Damaged Order", please
also include the report number supplied to you by the carrier.
The currency listed on our website is Australian
Dollar (AUD) by default. You may change the currency by selecting currency drop
down box in the top right hand corner (Web view) or bottom left hand corner
We recommend paying for your order in the currency in
which your payment method was issued. While you have the choice to pay in a
different currency, doing so may cause your bank to charge an additional fee to
convert that currency back to your home currency.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once we have
processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. If your order has
been processed you will need to first make a return and then place a new order.
We currently ship our orders every Wednesday. Once the
product has been shipped, you cannot cancel your order and would have to follow
the procedure of filing a return. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
within the first 24-hours of you placing your order, and there might be a
chance for the order to be cancelled.
Zaynt has a limited warranty that covers
manufacturer's defects for 2 years after the original purchase date. If the
watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will
repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse
you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water
damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches,
strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims
and service requests, so please keep your receipt.
